Wellness for Both Ends of the Leash
Massage therapy has been part of my work long before Align & Restore began.
For nearly eight years, I've had the privilege of providing in-home canine massage therapy to dogs throughout Connecticut. What began as a love for helping dogs feel more comfortable in their bodies became the foundation for the way I approach massage therapy today, with patience, observation, consent, and respect for the individual in front of me.
Through Willow Paws Canine Massage Therapy, I provide personalized massage and wellness support for dogs of all ages, with a special place in my heart for senior dogs and those experiencing changes in comfort and mobility.

Where My Work Began
Before I became a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist, I was a canine massage therapist.
For nearly eight years, I have worked hands-on with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. From active and athletic dogs to beloved senior companions navigating changes in mobility and comfort.
Every dog I've worked with has taught me something.
They taught me to slow down.
To observe before touching.
To notice subtle changes in movement and body language.
To understand that comfort cannot be forced.
And perhaps most importantly, they taught me how much can be communicated without words.
Those lessons continue to shape the massage therapist I am today.
Canine Massage Therapy
Through Willow Paws Canine Massage Therapy, I provide in-home massage therapy designed to support your dog's:
Comfort and mobility
Muscle tension and stiffness
Circulation
Range of motion
Relaxation and stress reduction
Recovery and overall wellness
Canine massage may be beneficial for senior dogs, active and agility dogs, working dogs, hunting dogs, and canine companions who simply benefit from additional wellness support.
Each session is guided by the dog in front of me. Dogs are never forced into a position or expected to remain still. Sessions may take place on a bed, a favorite blanket, the floor, or wherever your dog feels most comfortable.
I meet them where they are.
From Canine Massage to Human Massage Therapy
My work with dogs ultimately led me back to human massage therapy.
After years of working with canine bodies, observing movement, and seeing the impact thoughtful touch can have on comfort and quality of life, I felt drawn to expand my work.
I returned to massage therapy school, completed a 900-hour massage therapy program, passed the MBLEx, and became a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist.
Align & Restore Massage Therapy grew from that next chapter.
Today, my work supports both humans and their canine companions through personalized, in-home massage therapy.
Two practices.
One philosophy of care.
Listen. Observe. Meet the individual where they are.
