Integrative, personalized care designed to support your body and nervous system

Rather than choosing between “relaxation” or “deep tissue,” I blend techniques based on what your body needs in the moment. Whether that’s gentle, calming work, deeper focused pressure, or a combination of both.

A Few Things to Know

Every session is centered around your goals.

You don't need to know exactly what type of massage you need, that's what I'm here for.

Together we'll discuss your concerns, comfort level, and wellness goals to create a session that's tailored specifically to you.

My approach is thoughtful, never rushed, and always focused on helping you move more comfortably, reduce stress, and reconnect with the version of yourself that feels strongest, calmest, and most at ease.
